Summary

From Teams discussion, adding a Flyout/Popup to new arch should give a warning in Metro that it's deprecated in the new arch (and possibly point to use Modal).

We will atleast need the metro warning but could also "update the js to fallback just put the contents in a modal (mapping or not mapping props as best we can), again with some kind of metro/logbox warning?" as an even further improvement

Currently the newarch just gives a warning in the UI
