Feature request: add Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) UI localization #64

Description

@q438241zy

Request

Would the project consider adding a maintainable i18n foundation and Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) as an initial UI locale?

Chinese narration transcription is already available, but the UI, onboarding, settings, dialogs, privacy disclosures, error messages, and accessibility labels are English-only.

Suggested scope

  • Use the system locale by default, with a manual language selector in Settings.
  • Keep English as the fallback for missing translations.
  • Externalize UI strings into maintainable locale resources rather than applying one-off hard-coded replacements.
  • Cover the recorder, session library, analysis, skill/automation builders, dialogs, errors, tooltips, and ARIA labels.
  • Keep UI language separate from the generated Skill / Automation output language.
  • Preserve current recording, privacy, and analysis behavior.

Contribution

I can help review Simplified Chinese terminology, contribute translations, and test on Windows 11 zh-CN. Before starting a contribution, could maintainers please advise on the preferred i18n architecture and the desired scope for a first PR?

Thank you for considering this feature request.
