Incompatible static and dynamic libraries that require common dependency

I had a situation that I was using vsgimgui that depends on imgui that must be statically linked, while I also needed PyTorch that requires dynamic linking, both of these require Vulkan. How do I deal with this situation with overlay triplets?

Thank you for your feedback. This is the technique that I am using, yet the official documentation makes no mention of the specified behavior when both A and B depend on C, with A being dynamically linked while B is statically linked.
It would be helpful if the official documentation specifies what will happen.
