Create Deployment for Single Device not working

Hi all

I'm playing around with Azure IoT and currently following this tutorial here.

At one point in the tutorial, is says that I should right click the Device and select Create Deployment for Single Device

But right clicking in Visual Studio Code gives no such option

However, I remembered from when I did this tutorial before, one could right click the deployment file and voila, menu item appears

But when this is clicked, the tool doesn't find any IoT Hub devices
