Having the words “Windows 10 November 2021 Update” as their own sentence looks weird here. Also, I believe that this new version of the Windows 10 update assistant would help you install Windows 10 2022 Update, not the Windows 10 November 2021 Update.

Based on this page, I think that this new version of the Windows 10 Update Assistant will help you install Windows 10 22H2, not Windows 10 21H2.
