The installer url for this package is a “Vanity url”, which means that this happens whenever a new version of the package is released.
Edit:
I'm not sure what's going on, the version number of the installer url currently pointing to seems to be lower than the existing version number.

The installer url for this package is a “dummy url”, ...

It seems moderators called them "Vanity URL". 😄

01:45:50 D:\...\winget-pkgs [master ≡] 1ms pwsh$ komac show --installer-manifest Adobe.Acrobat.Pro | findstr.exe InstallerUrl
  InstallerUrl: https://trials.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/APRO/Acrobat_HelpX/win32/Acrobat_DC_Web_x64_WWMUI.zip

Can't sure if Adobe provides version-related, static, stable URL to the installer file. 😕
