I am not sure if this package is the same as Alibaba.DingTalk , and I have not found a download url. Is it available from another location?

Prior to this, there have been 2 PR requests to remove this package:

Alibaba.DingTalk.Lite was the previous major version (5.x) of DingTalk and used to be on their English website some years ago. It has been removed from the website now.
