Add a message summary above the mail content.
See PR #579 as a starting point.

It should be added a new settings page to define the prompt to be used and any additional options that could be useful (like the ones for tagging and spam).

thanks would be cool if you could pick it up. for reference in my proposed implementation i just added a settings toggle to enable/disable the feature (disabled by default, explanation that enabling it will auto-send all your previewed mail content to the configured ai provider). i also updated localization.

I added the 3.9.0 milestone at the moment, but I'm feeling that it has too many features, so probably I need to decide what to pospone when starting working on it.

The feature sounds very cool. My main concerns are:

• If the email is short it may take longer to generate the summary than to actually read the email.
• If I run AI locally on my laptop, I may not want to run this all the time, especially when running on battery.
• If using an external LLM provider I want control over the data that leaves my computer.

My suggestion is to add a "manual" option, where the email shows a button to generate the summary instead of the summary.

note that #579 is a working implementation. I am working with the feature for some days now (using local Ollama with Mistral 14b), and in practice the first point is no issue when working with the extension. Even short summaries are nice to have, it would be stranger NOT to find the summary at the expected place (note that since using the feature I have basically stopped scanning emails and quickly learnt to rely on the summary.

on the second point, i would argue that the overhead of this task is so low it will not practically cause major battery concerns as the context is quite small and the request should be done quickly (providing the laptop is capable of local inference altogether).

for the third point, i suggest explicitly stating in the options window that enabling this feature WILL send all mails to the ai service (like in the current implementation) and having the auto-summary disabled by default.

i personally think adding another option to have the auto-summary not act automatic makes it a lot like the currently possible solution which is click "thunderAI" and select "summary". it would reduce the feature mostly to a cosmetic change.
