That will be awesome that I can install any skill even if there are not auto detected, e.g. auto-detection fails or my setup is very specific.

My use case is a docker compose project, where everthing is installed inside different containers so it cannot detect for example that I am using tailwind. As covering all detect options could be problematic, having a way to include additional ones will be very useful.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Download the skill manually and place it directly on the agents folder, but better to have it done in a centralized way.
