From my point of view, threads like this are hard to diagnose until the exact connector settings, Jira base URL, auth method, and full error text are visible. Integrations that touch enterprise systems often fail because of one small mismatch in URL shape, permissions, or versioning while the UI only shows a generic validation failure.

A minimal reproducible example with the non-secret parts of the configuration would probably move this forward much faster.
