[Bug]: Community handlers not working

Short description of current behavior

On latest version of mindsDb, if we enable community handlers using instructions in
https://github.com/mindsdb/community-handlers#-usage

Handlers listing page fails.

error logs in docker shows logs like this for multiple handlers.
GET /api/handlers/aerospike/icon HTTP/1.1" 404

because of this, we cant use community handler

Expected behavior

Community handlers should be listed and user should be able to install and use them

How to reproduce the error

• Install latest mindsDb with MINDSDB_COMMUNITY_HANDLERS=true
• On browser, go to settings - integration
