What

Consider how we could gather common page designs (e.g. payments page, case management page, etc.) and standardise them into reusable templates.

Why

Reusable page templates provides efficiency and standardisation at a bigger scale than individual components. The benefits and impact are large. Before undertaking active work to create reusable templates, this work is to scope out what could be involved before starting a discovery.
