I used the following prompt for my structure
freesasa --radii=naccess --format=rsa 1X6V.pdb
The values for one of the residue of interest is:
RES ASN A 96 5.93 4.1 2.30 2.2 3.63 8.8 2.30 5.0 3.63 3.7
which means it is buried, however this residue is solvent-exposed, when checked manually.
What is going wrong?
