Informative resource links

Instead of just "resources", add option for other types of links.
Link types:

• Slides
• Video
• Code
• Paper

Ideally we can specify the name of the link type and then link to it, in case we need to add other links in the future.

Is it possible we can implement this as a key-value dictionary that we can enter through the CMS? Then it can be flexible to our needs.
