Docker workflow #129
Comments
Maybe MoJuWo could use a fifth page on "using Julia in production" / "deploying Julia". Unfortunately, I don't know a lot about the topic (and MoJuWo maintainers @gdalle and @jacobusmmsmit are probably in the same boat). |
@adrhill: This is a great idea. I think reaching out to some people who are in charge of or use Julia in production (ASML, Pumas, Planting Space) could help see the different approaches taken. @mrufsvold: Regardless of the status of this "Julia in Production" page I think this sort of information is highly useful for those who run into the same issue. While we sort out this page, I think we could add a link to this post (or if you wanted to make a blog post) in the "Reproducibility" section of the "Sharing" to aid discoverability. Right now if you ctrl-f "docker" or "container" you get nothing, which is not great. What do you think? |
Sounds like a plan to me! Let me know if there's any way I can be helpful. |

I wrote this up a while ago on Discourse, and now that it's been open to critique for a while, I'm wondering if this is appropriate for a workflow blog?

I'm happy to do the PR, but just want to make sure there's interest before I take the time!
