Fully support the full bugzilla.mozilla.org/rest/ endppoint

The real rest backend is not backwards compatible so we need to bump to v1x and pre 1.x can support the old bzapi (for backwards compat).

I've ported your work over to master branch, and we're using 'native' REST for the most part, except for /configuration

There are still differences between the two, and more differences have cropped up between Bugzilla Prod and the 5.x server on landfill, but I've tried to accommodate for the difference in responses. I think I should leave this issue open until Bugzilla 5.x gets deployed to Prod and there is less difference.
