Echo Show 5: do performance testing

Vision statement / What / Requirements

I assume the new Echo Show 5 device is less powerful than existing devices: we should do performance testing to ensure it is an acceptable user experience.

Impact

There may not be too much we can do to fix these issues but we should identify them so we know what our options are and where our app experience may be compromised.

Acceptance criteria

• "Real world" performance testing (e.g. use app, do voice commands, let device idle, reopen app, etc.)
  • Pin some tiles and ensure it doesn't significantly impact perf (since screenshots use more memory)
• Long running performance testing (i.e. use the app for a long period of time)
