Text control settings

This can be as simple as a plus–minus toggle under Settings. The question is whether there’s a native UI element that we can put instead of designing our own, and what we should call this feature.

It’s also possible that we want to provide text control on a per-site basis, but doing that in a lightweight way may be a little hard – let’s think more about this.
