Alternator stops working

Describe the bug
Alternator not behaving properly - when I place them down they work, but eventually they stop outputting power until I break them and place them back down again. I've tried adding more speed, more power, more alternators, different wires (currently using Fluxducts), and it keeps happening. I've added battery buffers to my system but the issue still keeps happening.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Power an alternator
2. Wait
3. It eventually stops providing power
4. Break it and place it back down
5. It starts producing power
