There needs to be a way to filter out certain paramters that are kept in _convert_to_get()

Currently convert_to_get() filters out credential* args, but there should be a way to specify other args that can be filtered out. E.g.: if using reCAPTCHA, you have captcha_* fields that end up getting passed through and kept in the destination.

Sure!

I was thinking this could be handled by calling a method called
something like "remove_post_params()" in _convert_to_get(), that returns
a list of parameters to filter out (in addition to the internal
credentials that are already filtered out). And also a PerlSetVar
(maybe AuthCookieRemovePost or something) that can be set multiple times
to specify values to remove.

Generally the test failures are due to not having mod_perl installed as
far as I can tell. FYI.
