Update build badge to point to GitHub actions results #29

Similar to #28. The "build status" should point to the latest GH unit test action result.

Possible solutions:

GitHub Actions may have an API endpoint to query that returns a status
Store a file upon completing a successful test workflow
Update README.md as a subsequent test
