[Feature] Option to Automatically Disable Proxy if not connected to Mullvad

Hello everyone,
I use the proxy functionality with the extension and it is immensely useful.
The only issue is that sometimes I turn off Mullvad for one reason or another and get confused as to why I can't use my browser.

It would be excellent if users could disable/enable if the browser would disable connections when not connected to Mullvad.

Right now the extension has no way of reliably know whether the VPN is connected or disconnected.
This is why, if we can't do a ConnCheck when clicking on the extension icon, we say the following:

 Internet can't be reached, either disconnect the proxy for all websites or connect to Mullvad VPN. 

When a website doesn't load with a proxy, we could potentially:

• check is a user has enabled a setting to disable proxy if not connected to Mullvad
• attempt to check whether the internet is accessible without proxy
• OR attempt to load the website without a proxy

I prefer connection blocking when not connected to mullvad as the default behavior
