[Bug]: URLs containing Chinese characters in curl output are corrupted when written to multica_workspaces, making them inaccessible

What happened?

在 bash 中运行 curl 命令，返回结果中的 URL 包含已经 URL 编码的中文字符。将 URL 写入 multica_workspaces 时，部分中文字符的 URL 编码被错误转换，导致解码后无法正确访问 URL。

原始正确编码：

%E4%B8%9A%E8%B4%A2%E8%A1%94%E6%8E%A5%E7%BB%84

被错误转成了：

%E4%B8%9A%E8%B2%A2%E8%A1%94%E6%8E%A5%E7%BB%84

关键的差异：%E8%B4%A2（财，U+8D22）被转成了 %E8%B2%A2，这显然是一个字符编码转换过程中的 bug。

Steps to reproduce

1. 在 bash 中执行 curl 命令，获取包含中文 URL 的结果
2. 将返回的 URL 写入 multica_workspaces
3. 尝试通过写入的路径访问时，发现路径不正确
