Issues in the admin end

Go to admin dashboard >> Vendor >> select a vendor and click on edit details >> Store,

1. The state option does not show always
2. The address field doesn’t always appear on the map.
3. It doesn’t always let you change the time zone.
   Now go to Status & Tool
