Instructions for setting up solution

  • install Google Cloud CLI
$pip install google-cloud-vision

$pip install google-cloud-storage 

$pip install google-cloud-language

$pip install bs4
  • set python to v. 3.10.7
  • go into settings and "edit the system environment variables" --> "environmental variables" --> "system variables" --> variable name: "GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS" --> variable value: navigate to authorization.json in project folder
