Show & tell — what does your myPKA folder look like?

This is the community thread for showing each other what we built on top of the scaffold.

A few things people love sharing here:

• Screenshots of your PKM/ tree once you have a few weeks of journal entries flowing.
• The first specialist you hired (the one outside Larry, Nolan, Pax, Penn). What was the role? What did Pax research before Nolan drafted the contract?
• Workflows where the team saved you real time — not theoretical, real.
• Wins and head-scratchers. Both are useful.

No format requirements. Drop a paragraph, drop screenshots, drop a folder tree. The point is to make the rest of the community more confident that this is real.

Thomas — thank you for opening this thread. I think I'm the first to reply.

Three weeks ago, I downloaded myPKA. I'm an older guy, a life-long researcher (knowledge worker + AI tinkerer), buried in a chaotic Obsidian vault, and tired of starting every AI chat from zero.

I downloaded the scaffold a day or two before your v2.0.0 release, so my folder still had the full 9-agent team — including Iris, Charta, and Pixel. Within days, my other agents (or maybe just the pattern itself) isolated the three graphic designers and quietly relegated them to the dust bin. No drama. No argument. They just didn't fit the workflow. The fractal pattern self-corrected.

Your scaffold gave me a foundation. One folder. One rule applied at every scale. From there, the pattern emerged. The agents grew. The knowledge compounded.

What I built:

The first specialist I hired outside the core six: Vera (Quality Assurance). She reviews outputs, flags gaps, and never smooths over inconsistencies. Pax researched the role; Nolan drafted the contract.

A win that saved real time: The agents now maintain my source note intake system — evaluating, analyzing, and flagging gaps without me chasing them.

A head-scratcher I'm still working through: I have become an agent designer without being an agent designer. The fractal pattern just kept scaling, and suddenly I had 47 agents. I'm still not sure who hired whom.

Another head-scratcher: Watching the graphic designers get sidelined so quickly made me realize the pattern has its own gravity. What you keep and what you discard is not always a conscious choice.

No reply needed. Just gratitude — for building something solid enough that an older guy in "darkest Peru" (Lima) could run with it.
