Issues with Genre API's

- genre api for get all, should have an optional query param which should let us search genre by name
- query genre api, even if someone searches for Rock or rOck or ROCK, it should always match to genre named as `Rock`
-  instead of multiple db interactions in case of genre create and update, create in 1 db interaction.
- use only one endpoint to upload song both as artist, as band member
