There is no response when click "DATABASE CONNECTIONS +" button

system: ubuntu 22.04
mysql shell for vs code: v1.14.2

I am experiencing an issue while using the MySQL Shell plugin in VS Code.
When I click the "DATABASE CONNECTIONS +" button, there is no response.
I have tried multiple times but still encounter the same problem, the button remains unresponsive. I have tried mysql-server-8.0 and mysql-server-8.3.
I would appreciate it if the development team could look into this issue and provide a solution .

mysql shell for vs code: v1.19.0+9.1.0

I uninstalled twice and downloaded the .vsix file this time. Same problem.

How is this not fixed yet? Is it something else causing this?
