Ability to set custom Important Date types

The "Date Types" under "Important Date" are predefined and in the Personalize page while we have the ability to change a lot of similar options, date types are not among them. For example for setting "Nameday".

Additionally, it would be useful to have the option to not select year, because it's possible that user does not know the year a contact was born for example, or we could be talking about an important date that's not bound to a year, for example nameday.

Two parts of this request are now implemented:

1. Custom Important Date types — already available in Vault Settings → Date Types tab (CRUD for custom types that appear in the date picker dropdown). This was already shipped, just not prominently documented.

2. Dates without a year — added in this release. When creating or editing an important date, the year field now has a "Not set" option. Dates without a year are displayed in month-day short format (e.g. "Jun 15") in the contact view.

"Dates without a year" functionality is not implemented, at least not properly. There is no option in the date field (there is no "year" field) to not enter a year.

Fixed in commit 452b954.

Root cause: CalendarDatePicker rendered a plain Ant Design <DatePicker> for gregorian dates (both when enableAlternativeCalendar=false and when calendarType=gregorian with alt calendar enabled). The <DatePicker> has no way to skip the year — the enableNoYear prop was silently ignored.

Fix: When enableNoYear=true, the component now renders year/month/day <Select> dropdowns (with a "Not set" year option) instead of a plain <DatePicker>, regardless of calendar type. This means users can now select "Not set" for the year field when creating any important date, even on the default gregorian calendar.
