The MASP indexer client should optionally support a list of indexed MASP transactions that have been flagged as relevant via FMD. In the presence of such flags it should

• Filter the MASP notes downloaded (if possible)
• Mark which downloaded notes are relevant for which viewing key (in case of the presence of multiple keys being synced)
