Execute large Y3 DES data experiments in DORA

I'm preparing to run the full DES Y3 data through DORA. This requires me to:

• Prepare a dataset of newly public data for DORA
• Prepare separate .yml files for each algorithm
• Utilize the fit_single_trees features of the IsolationForest
• Babysit all jobs to completion
