Feature request: PDF - VIM help

Hi! I was wondering if the opposite was possible? Converting a PDF to VIM help file? There are none that I can find so it would be a cool feature to have! Just in case you're wondering why I ask, there are alot of outdated help plugins for vim, e.g; the official lua reference manual for vim hasn't been updated for over a decade (version 5.1, currently its 5.4 so missing three revisions) but they do have PDF files that are updated with each release, with this feature request it would be possible to add the missing manuals!
