File attachments could natively being handled with BASE64 encoding directly from the form. In terms of actual form visualization the UI has indeed much room for improvements. Even not tested, teorically there is no impediment to send files.

Anyways, i'll suggest that this issue could be closed or renamed to something like a feature request it.
