Working with my thesis Rproj to publish a paper with 3 other co-authors has led to a lot of "lessons learned the hard way". My programming skills have grown so much since I started my self-taught thesis analysis, and I would like to document/share what I have learned in the process. Open to thoughts and suggestions!
