Add icon and hypertext for open in new window

In CORAL Organizations, add the standard icon (arrow-up-right.gif) with hypertext link set to force open in new window in following places:

Organization tab > Company URL
Accounts tab > Login URL

This would make the Organizations module more consistent with behavior already in Resources.

Steve, this made me wonder who are your developers there at Wheaton? You all are doing so much work now that we should probably add one of your folks as an owner of the repos so they can also help with merges.
