Support for generating alpha and beta releases

I’m currently using the Nebula Release Plugin and I noticed that it supports generating release candidates (rc). However, I couldn't find any documentation or configuration options to generate alpha or beta releases.

Is there a way to configure the plugin to generate alpha and beta versions, similar to how rc releases are handled?

I'm also noticing this. We need support for alpha/beta and I was trying to find a way to make it work but nebula seems to always disregard beta1 if it's in a tag - 4.0.0-beta1 just becomes 4.0.0.
