The user may be banned from certain countries but get routed through them anyway #1
Description
To-do list type of problem (or for someone else to do before me). You should be able to checklist countries you're banned from and have the pathfinder refuse to route you through nodes associated with those countries. This is probably only necessary for countries that can actually enforce bans (ASN, Lotus, EP)
