Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I often want to share my personal all-time favourite TV shows/books/video games, so I make my rankings on a phone note. NeoDB seems the perfect place to gather my tier lists !!

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow to create and share rankings of our favourite works on NeoDB, with links to the works, to our reviews...

Describe alternatives you've considered

I have been thinking about this.

Today, you can put category:game rating:9..10 type:mark sort:rating in journal search and that will get you the list you want.

The current plan is to

  • add a new feature called Dynamic Collection which allows you to save the result above as a collection
  • you can share the Collection link around (if the visibility is set to public)
  • you can also pin the collection to your profile page.

Does this cover what you are asking for?

Pretty much, yes !! It would be good to be able to import rated works to a collection. Then, having all the works sorted with their ranking would be interesting. But I'd also like to have a litteral ranking, like, this TV show is my #1 favourite, this one is my #2, this one is my #3...

I'm really, really thrilled to see what NeoDB will become in the future 🔥

You can already manually build a Collection today. Just go to any item page and tap the plus icon next to Collection.
