Cache sources per request

With cache_sources = false I'm noticing rabl accesses the filesystem a lot, and in development this is slowing down requests considerably. A per request cache would providing performance benefits while still allowing one to edit rabl during development.

Alternatively being able to define a custom source cache would be 👌
