Performance degradation after upgrading to Rails 4.0 #677

Hello,

I just recently upgraded my app rails version from 3.2.x to 4.0.13. I noticed a performance degradation on our api endpoint, without any code change.

Do you have any idea of what might caused this?
The app use rabl 0.11.6 with oj 2.12.4
