Housekeeping can't find plugin module

After installing the netbox_topology_views, housekeeping logs an error:

Netbox is otherwise working OK. I added docker-compose.override.yml:

I tried copying the housekeeping stanza from the docker-compose.yml to the override file, but then get a error that the netbox achor was not found.

Any idea what is wrong with my configuration? Thanks.
