Introduce support for generating ATS-compatible resumes in LaTeX format. Updated Dockerfile, build scripts, and tests to support this feature, along with adjustments to file handling and output structure.

Extracted JSON fetching into a reusable function and updated the LaTeX generation script to dynamically name output files based on tailored resume settings. Adjusted the build script to handle tailored resume configurations and generate appropriately named PDFs.

This update introduces the ability to include and display highlighted keywords based on user-defined or generated input. It ensures only relevant keywords from the resume's skillset are shown. Additionally, minor improvements were made to environment variable handling for clarity.
