Feature Request: Enable particle picking/denoising for imported relion projects

I am able to successfully import my relion project, but I realized that nextpyp requires the refinement file, and then can only do sta and refinement for further downstream processing. I think it'd be very useful if you could also do denoising and particle picking with nextpyp (e.g. use RELION for pre-processing) and use nextpyp for downstream applications. I also think it would be very useful if you could look at your tomograms (and particles) in nextpyp (similar to if you would have pre-processed and particle picked in nextpyp).

Thanks for the feedback. We’ve received several requests to expand our import options and we plan to address this in upcoming releases.
