Licensing

Two issues
----------------

1. We need to change the MIT license and get something closer to the one provided by nipype
2. We need to provide a license and references for each module and subworkflows. I guess it could be done within the meta.yml file. This information needs to be easy to retrieve in order to be used in multiQC or displayed at the end of a pipeline.
