Tagged images versions not available after release of 1.5.0

Describe the bug
A new release, 1.5.0 was pushed (thank you!) but apparently there is an issue somewhere in the release jobs that doesn't tag the images properly - I do see a new tag 'edge', but not a tag '1.5.0' being created for all the image repositories where it's pushed into.

Can you fix that?
