Fix Modrinth Server Install

When creating a server by clicking on a Modrinth Modpack and setting a specific version for said modpack, it is not able to download said modpack on server startup.

How to reproduce:

• click on modpack sidebar
• click on the "use in server" button from wanted modpack
• click on create server, set a specific modpack version
• start server
• get error in server console and server is not starting
• look at modrinth modpack section in the server config
• change it to the actual modpack name without version
• successfully start server and install modpack

I can't find the modpack you are trying to download, but I have seen this issue before. itzg/docker-minecraft-server which is the software that runs all of the servers in the background of discopanel, will not download alpha/beta releases of modrinth modpacks/mods unless you tell it to. You can tell it to download alpha/beta releases by setting the MODRINTH_PROJECTS_DEFAULT_VERSION_TYPE environment variable to alpha. If you set it to that then docker-minecraft will pick up all 3 types, release, beta and alpha.
