steps to write an itk format nifti or h5 file

Is it possible to write a nonlinear transform into itk format (nifti or h5) using nitransforms? Or is the only supported output format x5?

I don't think it is possible today, but it should be possible so that's one more idea to work on :)

NIfTI should be possible though (requires #182)
