Cram Mode entry flow with mocked study plan

What to build

Build the first end-to-end Cram Mode path in the real app UI, but use mocked data for the output. The goal is to prove the product shape before model work starts. A user should be able to open Cram Mode from the Home surface, enter an exam name, choose how much time they have left, paste some placeholder material, add optional notes, and click a single primary action. After submission, the app should transition into a real results screen that shows the full intended structure: Study First, Study Next, Skip If Needed, Likely Questions, Quick Self-Test, and Tonight's Plan. This slice is mainly about interaction flow, screen structure, loading state, and the feeling of the feature in context, not correctness of the content.

Acceptance criteria

• A visible Cram Mode entry point exists from the Home experience.
• The user can complete a real intake flow with exam name, time left, exam material, and optional notes.
• Submission opens a real results view rendered from mocked structured data.
• The results view includes Study First, Study Next, Skip If Needed, Likely Questions, Quick Self-Test, and Tonight's Plan sections.
• Basic loading and empty-state handling exist so the feature feels intentional rather than like a dead prototype.

Resolved in the current Cram Mode UI slice. The create dropdown now includes Cram Mode, the mocked intake/results flow is wired, file upload and token-cap handling are in place, and the upload path was hardened during QA.
