Make "Load API from cluster" the default

By default, the current version will load the API from a swagger file that is included with the library.

Not to long ago, we added the ability for a user to tell the client to load the API spec from the actual cluster they were connecting to, which allowed any non-default API's that might have been added due to operators to be loaded in the client.

The goal is for this to be the default behavior of the client, which would allow us to remove the large spec file that is included.

This will be a Major version bump
