Install and Build Websockets for Info.js

Info.js is using setTimeout to poll for github/npm/travis info results. We'd like to replace this with websockets using hapi.js' nes, using https://medium.com/lexical-labs-engineering/redux-best-practices-64d59775802e#.qb7r54mzt as a setup ref
